What works for you will be different than what works for any other mama out there, and tailoring your training to your specific needs will give you the results you want without dramatically changing your day to day routine. Have a high risk pregnancy? Or diastasis recti? Maybe you're a working mom, or you need to pack your kids along for your workouts. I've been through it all, and I can help you navigate the changes that motherhood can and will bring to your running. Whether you are local to Utah and want in-person training, or live elsewhere and would like virtual coaching and support, I am excited to start this journey with you!

What's included and How much does Coaching cost?
First and foremost, training written just for you and your specific needs and lifestyle will be provided in a simple and easy to use format. Also included will be any supplemental training or adaptations you request, with written explanations and videos and/or pictures of how to complete workouts and exercises correctly. I will touch base with you frequently, either virtually or in-person, to hold you accountable and see how you are doing. You will be given my personal contact information so you can reach out for support or to ask questions outside of these designated check-in times.
Your initial consultation will be provided free of charge! Once we have discussed your individual needs and goals and established a timeline, I will begin writing your training plan. Pricing for coaching services will be dependent on the length of time your training needs will require. As a general rule, training will be written in weekly blocks. You can determine a rough estimate of your cost based on the number weeks your training plan will last.
The cost of virtual personalized training starts at $40 per month and includes everything mentioned above. In person training starts at $10 per session. A combination of virtual and in person training is also possible! If you require an extended training plan (6+ months) the rate will decrease. That's cheaper than many gym memberships! Payment plans will vary based on your training plan and on what best works for you. And you get the added benefit of knowing your training plan was written for you by another mom; someone who understands the challenges you will be facing and can offer advice based on not only science, but personal experience. Not to mention, you will be offered support every step of the way and you can always contact me, free of charge.

Simply fill out the contact form by hitting the "Start Training" button below and let me know where you are at in your running and motherhood journey. Include any specific goals or limitations you may have. Please provide your preferred method of contact (phone, email, or text) as well as your contact information. I would love to learn more about you and connect with you personally, so include any details about yourself you feel I should know. I will contact you within 48 hours to ask any follow-up questions I may have, discuss what type of coaching would be best for you, and establish a timeline for your goals. Once this has been done, we will discuss price and payment options. I can't wait to meet and train with you!
