meet your coachSam robinsonWriting training and supporting fellow athletes has always come naturally to me, and I've been putting those skills to work for the last 8 years. I've coached all kinds of runners--from kindergartners to senior citizens--through school programs, Special Olympics, Girls on the Run, and one-on-one training. I have a degree & certification both focused on helping you write effective, achievable fitness goals as a mom. But most importantly, I have the awesome pleasure of being the mama of two amazing, outdoor loving kids!
